Shipping Policy
The Process After an Order:
Upon completion of your purchase you will be notified when the order has been fulfilled, once the product(s) have been dispatched you will be contacted by one of our courier services to give you an approximation of when the items will arrive. All products are insured to the full value of the item while in transit and any damages that arise due to transportation should be reported to us (info@primewinesupplies.com) within 24hrs upon receiving the item, failure to do so may result in additional charges.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times, especially those outside of the UK, are subject to change depending on influences outside of the control of ourselves and our courier services. We reserve the right to change or amend delivery times based on these factors.
Shipping Prices:
Due to the fragile nature, weight and transport distance of the products some items may be subject to higher shipping costs than others, see individual products to view shipping costs.
Cancellation While in Transit:
You will be refunded the full price of the product within 14 working days, depending on the reason for cancellation you may be subject to a re-stocking fee and the transportation charge.
Shipping Fee:
We use a variety of shipping companies and logistical partners in order to collect and deliver products, due to the nature of this, delivery rates are subject to individual products as well as accompanying UK tax fees. See below for further information regarding shipping fees.

Montpellier - £60 (Less than 42lbs), £80 (42lbs-133lbs)
